2.WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CUSTOM TAILORED ORDERS ?

We do not have a Custom tailoring as an option, however, if any product has been altered they will not be exchanged or returned, as they have been altered as per your specification.

3.WILL I GET A MONEY REFUND?

Yes we do have a refund Policy, we make a full refund if you choose to get a full refund. Also if you do not wish to shop with us presently, we can issue a store credit of the amount same as your order amount which can be used as per your convenience.

4.IT’S BEEN ALMOST A WEEK SINCE I REQUESTED FOR STORE CREDIT. I’VE STILL NOT HEARD BACK ABOUT IT?

This would happen because your product has not reached our warehouse. You can contact us for the same by writing us at Sales@jgfruits.com

5.CAN I USE MULTIPLE COUPONS AND OFFERS AT ONCE?

No, You cannot use a coupon in conjunction. You can only use one coupon or an offer at one time. Only a Store Credit can be used in conjunction with another coupon code or any offer. If more than one offer is applied to your order, then our team will contact you for the correction with the same.

6.WHAT IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

Returns are acceptable. When returning or exchanging the products, all shipping charges from India will be paid by the Customer, and all shipping charges to India will also be paid by only  the customer. Though size exchange is permitted, Product exchange is not permitted. A full refund will be provided to the customer if the product is in “Unused” and “Unaltered”.
